If the wii 2 is released in 2010 do you think it will be a whole new console (ex. Gamecube and wii) or an upgrade (ex. DS and DS Lite)
Probably just an upgrade because it's called Wii 2 and not like Zem or something completely different like that.

Nintendo Wii 2 Touchscreen Controller Confirmed [REPORT]
Predict games will stream directly to that touchscreen, with the controller capable of being used as a wirelessly connected gaming system itself, or to control a game played on a larger screen, or both.
For instance, a six-inch touchscreen could be particularly handy when playing four-player split-screen games , or to allow different games to go to different screens throughout the house at the same time. And the camera? According to gaming site Andrisang , that could be used to take pictures of players for use as avatars, or for in-game videoconferencing.
This all seems plausible, but we won’t get all the official details until the Nintendo press conference at E3 at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Noon EDT, 9 a.m. PDT....
Wii 2 Blog Launch in 3…2…1…
…LIFTOFF!!
This site has already been online for a little over a month, but today marks the day of its official launch; everything until now was really just a test of sorts, partly to gauge the interest in the site and partly to give myself a chance to play around a bit with some behind-the-scenes stuff.
I’ve now managed to register the Wii 2 Blog’s own domain after spending the last two months waiting for it to drop. In addition, I created its official Facebook page – just click the big “Like” button in the sidebar to get all the latest news delivered straight to your news feed!

For anyone who was already following the site in its early prototype phase, I’d like to extend my thanks to you for giving me a burst of confidence I never expected; if the blog was already able to get a few fairly dedicated readers then, it has a bright future ahead of itself. I also want to apologize for the lapse in updates recently – some real-life commitments came up that I couldn’t ignore, but those are, for the most part, out of the way now.
